Like An Army On The March
These diggers are part of the huge quantities of construction equipment being used to build the roads approaching the new Forth Crossing.
I guess that there isn't a lot of work going on today, because they are shuttered up, waiting to spring into life tomorrow, continuing with the earthworks required to build the new access roads.
As they sit together on a slight rise, facing the nearby road, they look to me like the forward part of a small army, ready to take on their enemy.
Maybe I'm just a bit tired...
