More favourite walks, Dovecote at Sulham.

This tower has an interesting history, it was built in 1769 by a John Wilder when he was courting. It was built so that it could be seen both from his home, look carefully through the arch and you will see the large white house and the home of his sweetheart. This is another place I have known for most of my life, unfortunately the sun did not make an appearance today but nevertheless the Dovecote is still impressive.
