Sciatica

This is my life this week! Pills, pills and more pills.
During the night it really is just a question of how many can I take without killing myself! I had two nightmarish sleepless nights due to sciatica followed by two where I got a couple of stints of decent sleep then back to square one last night.
Have been trying some stretching exercises today in the vain hope I get more sleep tonight.
