Yesterday was all about Mrs. Cardinal. Today? It’s all about the boys! Here’s Mister Flashy Pants, the one who grabs all of the attention wherever he goes. The one who can’t hide even if he tried, but like his mate, he is actually shy and cautious. Neither stay for long but it’s always a treat to see them. During warmer months they’re normally the first and last birds at the feeders • A cold and breezy day but the March sun is brighter and higher in the sky. Hard to believe we’ll be moving the clocks forward by one hour in one week. Yet another sign that spring is near! • We’re enjoying a quiet day here. A little housework, some fresh air, and a bit of TV. MrsP is obsessed with Oak Island, if you’re familiar, and I’m focused on NCAA Women’s Basketball Regional Championships this weekend • Hope you’re having a peaceful Saturday!
