Blood test first thing to check my thyroxin levels. Should have it done every 6 months but it's been a year and a half. I'm still here though so can't be too bad.
Afterwards took a walk up Moncrieff Hill where you get a great view of Perth and the surrounding hills (see extra) I always like this ant though. Carved onto 2 separate posts and so you have to line them up to get the full image. Clever.
I've been watching The Terror - it's a bit gory!
