Winter Aconite.

Another dull and rather chilly day but we did quite a lot. Our local councillor dropped by this morning to leave us a couple of litter pickers. So, nothing else for it but to grab a couple of black bin bags and head out to make use of them. We did a stint in the wood and filled a black bag and a supermarket carrier then later took on a local litter black spot. That filled another three bags. Excuse me while a go polish my halo!
Anyway, way back in the autumn, MaggieD planted some corms in pots and these ones have come up to cheer us up. 
We were also much cheered by seeing E & E this afternoon. Still restricted to a doorstep visit for the time being but hopefully, the summer will see better conditions and more leeway.
