Spanish Coffee
Half our group of visitors headed home this afternoon, leaving our best friends to spend one last evening with us. After some discussion around the complex, we settled on Coconuts, the oldest fine dining establishment in Zihuatanejo. Fine dining is was indeed. The food was excellent and the outdoor setting beautiful. It was a packed house when we arrived, but by the time we ordered dessert, most of the patrons had departed. That allowed our waiter to coral some extra help in the making of our tableside Spanish Coffee. He is the one pouring at the top, while the poor busboy was relegated to the bottom. I shot a bunch of photos in order to make certain their was a liquid trail from all four containers. I got lucky with the guy's expression in the background, but I think he really adds to the shot.
