Early morning visitors

Not the best photo .... taken through the kitchen window. I knew that the Goldfinches would be off in a second if they sensed any movement at the window so this is a sort of long shot.

Bitterly cold today so my exercise has been minimal .... not good but rather than freezing I decided to get on with my sewing.

I've got Poppy tomorrow morning .... she won't be too keen but with a few doggie treats in my pocket she'll stay close by.
