A story in three frames
What first caught my eye was these two young guys, one taking a picture of the other as he posed on these monumental steps. I liked the way the statues framed the scene. Then I looked more closely at the statues themselves. The one closer to me (extra #1) turned out to be “Force.” The other (extra #2) was “Wisdom.” And both were described in their engraved captions in relation to just or unjust laws. (I particularly like Wisdom’s caption: “Every law not based on WISDOM is a menace to the state.”) So the young guy posing on the steps was either an aspiring or successful applicant to this law school, I deduced. Good for him!
