Snowdrops

The snowdrops in my garden are withering quite quickly so I had to search further afield.

There are still hundreds of snowdrops in the grounds of Pollock Estate. Plenty of crocuses too but the lack of sunshine kept their petals tightly shut this morning. The daffodils are just beginning to bloom with one or two yellow trumpets visible on the rather steep grassy slope. 

Plenty of days to come for blipping daffies so I opted for snowdrops before they wither completely.
