It Looks Like Rain.....

And it did look like rain! This is the view from Duncan’s property looking down on the Mahakipawa Arm of the Pelorus Sound near Havelock. I drove him there today so he could check tracks and drains in the bush on his land. We had been expecting very heavy rain in the Sounds and Richmond Range but the rain held off for us meantime. He has had his carpal tunnel surgery wounds checked and re-dressed today. He is a bit limited in what activities he can carry out and I suspect he may be regretting having both hands operated on at the same time.
