Dead on

The Directional Drill operators seem to be dead on target,everyone elses target but not their own. To lazy to locate assets the repair costs should reduce their profit margin considerably. The whole objective of Directional Drilling is to avoid excavations. This will be an ongoing issue for sometime I am thinking.
