Hang Ten

Marie and I spent the day in Dunedin, Marie got some great bargains and had a bit of a mishap on the escalator and hurt her knee. Later in the day we headed over to St Kilda and St Clair to try and photograph some surfing action, St Kilda was pretty much a no show as it's not that great a surf beach.  Yet 1km along the beach at St Clair there was some great action. I competed here many years ago at a Surf Life Saving Carnival and the water was so cold, I vowed I would never swim here again ever and as both beaches are notorious for White Pointer Shark attacks, I am happy with that decision
