Beady eyes!

It was mid-afternoon before we got out for a walk, as Roger had an appointment earlier in the afternoon. We went across to Winton Woods. It was a beautiful-looking day, but the sunshine was deceptive, as there was quite a cold wind - I wish I’d taken my gloves. Winton Woods lake is a flood control lake, and the water level was pretty high due to the snow melt and heavy rain we had yesterday morning, though not as high as we have seen it in the past. I finally chose this hawk for my blip, but I’ve put another shot of a mourning dove in extras.
