Twisty Tree
A grey day in the morning. Walking around the park I noticed this twisty tree on the mound. The mound is known for being the location of a sand pit which contains, or used to contain, a glacial erratic brought here in the ice age approximately 15,000 years ago.
There is slight drizzle for the walk down to Morningside for extra groceries, so no enthusiasm for an afternoon photo. There was a definite need for the coffee from the local café.
