Chipper the Skipper!

When I spied the paddle boarders in the distance I had no idea that there was a dog on board.  As the paddle boarder passed me I managed to ask the name of his dog .... well named I think!

No birds on the stretch of the Forth and Clyde Canal the I walked but there were fishermen catching nothing, at least six kayakers and the two paddle boarders ..... ideal conditions for wielding a paddle ..... calm and not too cold.

Spiers Wharf to the Firhill Basin was my planned walk and having reached my destination it was time to find somewhere to sit and have my coffee and a read of my book.

Then I retraced my steps back to Spiers Wharf and the subway station at Cowcaddens to continue my journey home.
