Founders Day

Today was the Horse Rangers annual Founders Day Thanksgiving Service at Hampton Court Palace. As the police stopped the Saturday afternoon traffic, a couple of hundred horse rangers and some of the horses, marched along Hampton Court Road to the Palace.... this was quite a spectacle I have to say. Amy and her squadron were last, being the youngest, and looked very sweet all dressed up in their uniforms.

Along with other families, we walked along with them, but were unable to go in the Chapel due to space. Luckily it was a lovely afternoon and we spent our time by the river, whilst the service was on.
