Playing in the sun

Another day of working from home. Martine took Joey to the vet this morning for his vaccinations and a regular checkup. He has been growing quite a bit since we last visited the vet three weeks ago and that’s exactly what was supposed to happen. During my lunch break, I took Joey out for a walk. When we returned at our front yard, Joey decided to lay down on the lawn and enjoy the sun while chewing on this stick he found.

My mother indeed was discharged from hospital today. My brother and my dad picked her up and I called her in the evening to see how she is doing. She sounded a lot better than when we last spoke on Monday. I’ll visit her tomorrow or the day after that.
