Almost a snow moon

Technically tomorrow is when the Snow Moon will appear. The forecast for tomorrow is mediocre, this evening it is cloudless save for a few smoky wisps.
My new word for today is syzygy, meaning the pairing of connected things and marks the precise moment (8.17 on Saturday morning) when the earth comes exactly between the moon and the sun reflecting the maximum amount of sunlight on the earth.
