A second brilliant day

I had collected a number of possible subjects for today’s blip, when we went to the Coop and then worked in the garden, but a call from one of my sewing friends changed everything. 

She rang to check that I was in before calling in past to deliver a present. She has sewn this for me, such fun. I feel that I look like this lady these days due to the lack of a hair cut and not dressing up to go out. We had the chance to speak for a couple of minutes outside, wearing masks, safely distanced.

I got message from R to say that the exam that she did today on line went well and that she has passed with flying colours.  Tonight she can celebrate today’s success and accepting the new job that she was offered yesterday !!! 

The weather today has been dry, sunny and warm. Lots of progress in the garden.
