Lemon Posset

I have to admit that I have lost my blipping mojo currently - largely brought on by the grey and dismal weather.

Tomorrow, however, promises to be bright so I hope I can get something more interesting.

In the grey and dismalness, we are seeking refuge and comfort in food.  For lunch I made (and we demolished) a cheese tart and I am going to make the Posset for desert this evening.

Still fattening the curve admirably.
