Last train home from Kings Cross

We attended the dinner held by the Company of Educators in Painters Hall in London as guests. R was admitted to the Freedom at a declaration ceremony before dinner. Although this Company is relatively new, it follows traditions and protocols from the much older Companies in London. It was fascinating to watch.

We met interesting people and were amazed at the common interests we had with complete strangers. The meal was excellent and company welcoming.

I didn't think it was appropriate to take pictures whilst we were there, so taxi to Kings Cross for the last train to Newark.
