Derelict?

We were supposed to keep an eye out for dereliction on our walk. But we know there is not much of that to find in our neighborhood. 
I saw the graphic façade . I will take a photo of it in case I can not find anything for the theme, I decided. Not derelict at all, newly renovated.
First extra: A neglected gate to a house. Three layers of paint in different degrees of decay. But not derelict.
Second extra: I saw an open gate into a yard (they are always locked)  and of course we sneaked in. There was a neglected fence next to the neighboring property. And a forgotten barbecue. I do not know if this could be called derelict.
Third extra:  This one then, my husband said, pointing to an electrical thing on a wall. Well.... Rusty, but surely still in use. But I took a photo of this, anyhow. So, four photos on our walk, but none of them really derelict. Or......
