Waterlogged West

Today's image really represents the lack of activity in our garden. This is the waterlogged inside of an "Easy go" garden trolley with an old compost bag and leaves and twigs that have fallen into the rain water which has collected there.
The bottom half of our garden is not too bad - well it's almost tidy. We refer to the top half as "The Jungle". That makes it sound far too exotic - basically it is just full of knee high brambles and weeds. They do say you should leave a part of your garden untidy to encourage wildlife - we can at least claim this much as we have had a family of foxes living in there on a couple of occasions (I think they just like being able to hide in the overgrown undergrowth!) - but this is probably taking it a bit too far.
I did actually manage to prune our ancient looking apple tree without killing it (so far) so that is some kind of achievement!
