The "Crocmes" have burst out from almost invisible last week and I can see the start of the smaller Daffodils; though whether they'll show face before month end I seriously doubt.
As regards the Helebores - there seems to be a cut off.  Those less than a certain stage of development DID cop it; those older survived.
On the amphibian front - I've heard splashing as a frog took cover when I approached the pond, but as yet no "Frog's Porn".
