Walking on Water

No work today so after a trip to the local butchers and some breakfast we made the trip up the road to Fiskerton Fen for a walk along the river bank and a change of scenery . 
We was lucky enough to find the Goosanders on the main river. They was spread out along the stretch we saw at least 3 males & 2 females but they might have been more . They didn't like to hang around to have their photo taken as you can see from this shot as it flew off but did get 1 shot I was happy with see extra .
Back home for a relaxed afternoon of sport including some Rugby League from Australia which we recorded and watched later then some football. Either a film or some Netflix viewing this evening with a few beers.
