I Said “Anchor” (1)

An anchor hunt kind of day.
I decided to walk to the supermarket fro the three things I needed. Stopping to chat meant the first mile took around an hour but the shopping part went really quickly so I decide to continue my walk home via the town.
At this point it was dry and breezy, I continued down into town, a takeaway coffee pre ordered and collected was enjoyed ‘on the hoof’. Out the other end of town, up and around Pendennis Point, by now the wind had picked up and there was a little drizzle.
Emerging out of the sheltered side of the point and onto Cliff Road it was blowing a hooligan with rain lashing down. By now I was at the point of no return. So onwards, past Gyllyngvase and the monster that is to be the Liner Building and home.

7.38 miles and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Today’s photo is the anchor in the Maritime Car Park.
