Doom and Gloom

Rain, wind and so grey and dismal outside.
I had two sets of fairy lights and a candle lit by 3.15pm.
Finding the last couple of days tough after hearing two sets of sad news, neither directly concerning me but being on my own gives me more thinking time l guess.
Just watched the Australian Open , great to see Naomi Osaka win another Grand Slam title, she is such a lovely person and a supreme tennis player.
Her anticipation is amazing.
Will be catching up online with Tim and family this evening and l will be eating  pizza for the first time in 2021 so l am looking forward to that.

Another blipper ( Evolybab) recommended Its A Sin on C4 .l really want to second that, brilliant television and cutting edge. Olly Alexander and Keely Hawes really nailed their characters. The subject matter might offend some so it won’t be everyone’s taste but it really summed up the pre AIDS environment of the 1980’s and of course the heartbreaking events that followed, Great soundtrack too
