Beans and Rice

Good Mother Stallard beans, brown rice, broccoli, and salad. Cognac to follow.

I know, the brown rice is yellow. Turmeric is one of the seasonings I added. Good Mother Stallard beans are hugely hyped in heirloom bean circles (unbeknownst to me a few years ago, there are heirloom bean circles... but if the internet has taught us anything, it is that there are circles for everything). These are the first I've had, and they really are great.
