Pizza

Pizza with palm hearts, olives, and onions, and arugula salad. Wine: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc Napa 2016.

The topping are a popular combination on Brazilian pizzas (by request of my half Brazilian, palmito obsessed husband). I have discovered that a bit of crème fraîche makes an excellent and simple white sauce for pizzas. It was quite delicious.
