Busman's holiday ...

It was so mild this morning (well - it IS 1st March, after all!) that I decided to spend the morning doing a bit of gardening - mainly lightly tidying up the bird area. I have a horrible feeling this year's bird watching is going to be very badly affected by the rather lurky Oscar.

After lunch I went for a mooch around Sunk Island, but there was little doing - except this gorgeous cockerel (rooster? What's the difference?)

As soon as I pointed my camera at him he started crowing .. sadly all the crowing shots were slightly out of focus!
