Lytham Green

Mr A had to drop some kit off for another cameraman today, so I took the opportunity to tag along to get some fresh air.

On their recommendation (as a local), we had a stroll around Fairhaven Lake and down the beach path to Lytham Green. It was so quiet!
There were some great photo ops, but I wanted to send a nod to fellow blipper @Ellaphant with the lovely windmill; I hope I did it justice! (Check out her awesome windmill shots!)


We had a beautiful day for it, 11C and blue skies so decided to try out the chippy that was also recommended.
It was delicious! We both agreed it’s possibly the best fish and chips we’ve had; the mushy peas were awesome.

We drove along the coast road to Blackpool, which I’ve never seen so abandoned, before coming back home.

The sea air and the fact I didn’t sleep well last night knocked me out and I had a couple of hours sleep when we got home.

All in all, a good day :-)
