Salad days

Mr A has been doing a fabulous job in the kitchen since my accident and today made me a delicious salad for lunch.

I’ve been craving a prawn salad for the past week. After all the hot, stodgy ‘winter warmer’ food we’ve been having, I just fancied something cold, fresh and ‘juicy’.
This was perfect (just like the chef!)
He even made the Marie Rose sauce :-)
