Friday Light

The sun has been amazing today and the light was stunning but I don't think this shot from our heavily wooded (and therefore shady) graveyard really gets that across. What it might give a clue to is how huge this place is. This is taken in one corner looking across to the other side....perhaps a little under 1km. If you turn 90 degrees to the left you cannot see the end, it's about 2-3 km away. Sodding huge.

Used a diffusion filter in post processing - does anyone know how to do it without a filter?
