It's a baldy bald life!

You Are a Star!

It's great that the mornings are light again. I, for one, is pleased about the thaw. The birds tended to agree, in which the first signs of spring were in the air.

Something had disturbed the seabed too. There was an unusually large number of seagulls floating together in the bay. The tide was starting to go out, there were more knots, redshanks and oystercatchers too. Food seemed abundant for them.

On the beach at Wardie, there were far more scallop shells than normal and several dead starfish too! The birds were having a feast that Rick Stein would be happing of. The recent rough weather that obviously churned up the seabed!

Then it was back home for work. It started off with an ethics committee meeting which lasted all morning. I don't mind them at all, although some people think I'm weird for doing so. Then it was email catch-up, marking and now here we are! Me writing up my Blip. My body needs a day off from any extreme exercise and it's Rosemary's turn to cook dinner too!
