Oranges and Lemons...

Said the bells of St Clements.

Except these were limes and pink grapefruit. Good colours, huh?

I did a ginormous batch of candied orange peel, and then a smaller batch of limes and grapefruit for a project that I'm working on. Lemons are already done.

I love my work.

It really appeals to the senses and today my studio was filled with the heady scents of citrus and fresh mint, against the aroma of the liquid chocolate.

If you have to work 18 hour days, it's not a bad way to have to do it.
