Hazelnut Praline Chocolate Ice Cream Log

Bit of a mouthful and it certainly was.

totally created by my 16 year old son Alex.

First he lined a log mold in chocolate. Then he created his own praline ganache, then he filled the rest of the cavity with our own praline ice cream.

Then he took the chocolate shell out of the mold and sandwiched the two together.

Utter.
Total.
Heaven.
