Keeping Watch

These statues appear to be happy with their job of watching over this lovely garden. The man who lives here organizes the Friday hikes, and this hike was uphill for 3 miles to his house. He provided lettuce, everyone else brought salad fixings, and we all enjoyed lunch and rest. Ah, going down was so easy!
