Sunlit Daffs

It's another lovely sunny day but soooo cold with an evil wind.  We braved the arctic conditions and tramped round the block, into the woods and back.  A bowl of the parsnip soup warmed us up and the afternoon was spent with the heating cranked up, catching up with 'The Serpent' on IPlayer and generally hibernating.  

I was grateful that a shaft of sunlight hit the daffs in my favourite jug this morning which will do nicely for FlowerFriday - thank you as ever to BikerBear/Anni for hosting our lovely challenge.
