There have been many heavy snow showers today and in the afternoon the depth measured 25 cms or almost 10 inches on our lawn and since then more snow has fallen.  Cars are unable to get up the road and of course there is no post so we still await the blue envelopes for our vaccine dates.  The photo is a track with the sun low in the sky and the extra shows some images from my afternoon walk.  The first four are of our local field.  The second photo was taken about five minutes after the first when a heavy snow shower almost obscured the view as a flock of geese flew above.  The visibility became almost nil as I followed deer tracks until I reached the edge of the wood where I saw a deer.  Soon the dark clouds passed over and the sun shone again.
