Cold cold cold

Sunday morning started with a zwift ride with Dan, however I was a little late and so had to play catch up and then it glitched and we lost each other so I disconnected and started again. However never ended up together again which was annoying. Did a big ride up Alp de zwift, didn't get to top as ran out of time and legs, but gave it a good effort ready for next time. Rewarded with pancakes so always a bonus. Then we all went for family walk down canal to Apperley Bridge however I don't think any of us truly appreciated how cold it was. Getting there wasn't too bad as the wind was behind us but turning round to come back was like facing Arctic winds! Good walk though. After warming up we finished off "The Escapists" then Zach made us all dinner from James May's Cook book. He is turning into a right little chef now. Have to say it was a beautiful cottage pie, one of the nicest ever in fact. Well done Zach. Bit of oculus in the evening and then early bed ready for the week ahead.
