Chilly!

After Zooming with community choir (with video off as I was doing chores as I listened) I decided to get out in the chilly air for a walk.  We hadn’t get as much snow as expected - just a light covering, so not too slippery underfoot.  Coppice Pond was a bit of a mirror lake this afternoon, but that soon changed when some snow flurries moved in.  The swans were flying from one end of the lake to the other, but once again I missed them in flight every time!  A Common Merganser in the pond keeping an eye on what food was available once the ducks had moved on.  Nice to be out, even though it was numbingly cold!
