Pukka Night Time Tea

today has been absolutely FREEZING! no snow. Too cold I presume. -9. i walked round the block to pick up my paper but am ashamed to say, that was it. I have sat in my office the rest of the day, apart from driving (Oh Shame) down to the village to get some milk, chocolate biscuits (I know, i know) and a prescription). 5000 steps. not good. but just bitterly cold.
