I think it's a cancer awareness lighting event at Stroud's Sub Rooms this week. I passed by after having been to work, having bought and dropped off flowers for a friend whose birthday is tomorrow, and done a bit of shopping. The temperature was about zero degrees Celsius, so I didn't linger.

When I got home, I found a very worrying slew of messages about our mother. She is having some funny turns again. The nurse at her GP practice thinks that my younger sister is over-reacting, and that there's nothing much wrong with her. It's a difficult time for so many of us right now.
