Sunday Smiles!!

Enjoyed another extended early morning walk with H around the Murieston Trail. There was a hint of frost so the ground was good to walk on and we didn’t get too dirty.

Once back it was a quick light breakfast then L and I went out for a 5km run (pretty much the same route as earlier).

L has a ‘bingo card’ of activities to complete for her gymnastics group and the 5km was the last box to complete. She normally moans about running but she totally loved it this morning and she ran with a great big smile on her face (most of the time).
