Love a wee stat!

Last day of the month so time to look back on Feb's workouts. Had the wee hiatus of a few days caused by the twisted ankle but otherwise quite pleased; 11 RPM, 4 Body Pump, 3 ViPR, 2 Body Step and 6 runs.

Smashing run this morning with my big amigo! We're quite evenly matched when it comes to our running pace so we pushed each other all the way through the run. Came home at a sub 9 minute pace for a 6 mile run so well chuffed with that. Doubt that I would have managed a high pace like that if I was out by myself.
