Adhartas math

Today is #SayaGaelicPhraseDay/LàAbairtnaGàidhlig so it seems appropriate to have a Gaelic title. The good progress relates to the current cross stitch project which a few weeks ago I estimated would be finished by Easter. Due to lots of not going out and a bit of an obsession I reckon it will be complete by the end of the month.
There is also some progress with the pandemic and in Scotland for two days running the positivity rate has fallen just below 5%, at which level the WHO says there is evidence that the virus is under control. All that seems very fragile when the case numbers, although also dropping are still so high. Still it does seem that things are at least going in the right direction.
Yoga challenge day 17 complete, although I did day 18 by mistake, will rectify tomorrow.
