Light at the end? Not yet I fear
Trying to keep busy, yoga stretches, an hours walk, prepping the room for Airbnb visitor, prepping lessons for tomorrow.
I’ve made a few tweaks to my diet/exercise regime in an effort to lose a few pounds (2 stone) and the scales are going in the right direction, very, very slowly....
there are no excuses in lockdown for not exercising apart from cravings and bad habits, which are very hard to break, so I’m being super kind to myself for making an effort and forgiving lapses with kindness. Guilt will make me comfort eat and stress-sleep... which is how I became overweight in the first place.
