Snowy Rooftops
Heavy snow this morning, a couple of inches fell. Mostly sunny the rest of the day, and a chilly breeze now and again.
Another day working from home. The day was broken up with a video meeting, which was fine to see colleagues again. Mam and dad popped by this evening for a walk. Feet up by the fire now.
Sammy's morning walk was a bit later today, due to the snow, but we did finally get out for a quick walk. So many folk making the most of the great spell of weather, even if it is cold, and so many happy screams from bairns whizzing down hills on their sledges. As we walked up the hill, you could fairly see the snowy rooftops over the village. If you spy the Shetland flag attached to my garden shed, you'll spot my house underneath it. Taken from Ladysmith Road, Scalloway.
