More fun on the school run

I picked Eben up from school today, as Josh and Ruth had an afternoon meeting they both needed to attend. Today's image is a house that we pass on the way; underneath that exterior is a Victorian building. It has been someone's project. It's had the Prisma treatment from me :-)

The deal was that we would walk to the park, staying outdoors in order to minimise Covid risks. Eben is quite savvy about the whole Covid scenario, fortunately. He decided we would attempt some sledging: the park is very hilly, and there was just about enough snow left to give it a go. Then we bought fish and chips on the way back. Treats all round!

Getting back, I stayed outside & shared smiles and blown kisses with Luca. As on previous visits, he soon wanted a cuddle, which we can't do. And he has no way of understanding why not... and easily gets upset. Roll on the vaccine, for grandparents everywhere.
